I have said it before and I'll say it again, I believe in The Power of One. One person change shift the way people view life, values, justice, etc. (Nelson Mandela, Mother Theresa, Mahatma Gandhi).
With my consuming passion of eradicating illiteracy in all parts of the world (especially Africa), I often find it difficult to articulate my passion into words. During the conversations around Blog Action Day, I searched out websites discussing the overwhelming topic of Poverty. To my amazement, I found a video that says what I would say to those interested in the suffering of our fellow citizens of the world.
Even though this video focuses on the Micah Project in Australia, every country faces poverty. Take 4 minutes and open your heart.
